Restriction’s not running the show for you! You’ve cultivated a strong resilience to wellness and dieting trends. You mostly trust your hunger, fuel consistently, and don’t overly moralize your food as “good” or “bad”. Trust that your body is grateful for it!

That does not mean it’s always easy, no ma’am. You’ve likely had to unlearn (or dodge) a lot of diet dogma to get here.
